How it works
- Step 1
Select vendors
Find local vendors and request quotes on the Marketplace provided by Brighte. Your chosen vendors will contact you to discuss your request and book a site visit to provide you with quotes.
- Step 2
Review and select your package online
Brighte will email you when your quote(s) is ready to review. You can select the quote package that best fits your needs and budget.
- Step 3
Consider your financing options and checkout
You’ll have the option to apply for one of CommBank’s financing solutions or you can pay with a debit or credit card.
- Step 4
Installation
Once your application for finance has been approved, or you have arranged payment with your chosen vendor, they will schedule the installation with you.

Home energy upgrade suggestions, products, vendor referrals and quotes on this platform and installation services are not conducted or provided by CommBank.
CommBank is not authorised and does not make any assertions or recommendations about reduced consumption from non-renewable energy sources through energy-efficient product installations. Advice and further information should be sought from relevant certified industry professionals.
CommBank receives a fee from Brighte in connection with finance provided by CommBank for a home energy package purchased via Brighte’s Marketplace.

* Cheaper Home Batteries Program
Savings calculations are based off an average battery size of 22 kWh, an STC price of $39, and an STC factor of 6.8 (from 1 May 2026 to December 2026) as follows:
- From 0 kWh up to 14 kWh (inclusive): STC factor applied at 100%
- Every kWh greater than 14 and up to 28 kWh (inclusive): STC factor applied at 60%
- Every kWh greater than 28 and up to 50 kWh (inclusive): STC factor applied at 15%
Under the Government program, the STC factor changes (decreases) every 6 months. Savings figures are therefore subject to change based on the STC factor applicable at that point in time and do not represent future savings which a customer may be entitled to beyond the period used in the calculations above.

Terms and Conditions
Effective from 1 September 2026
About this offer
If you purchase an eligible home energy upgrade through Brighte’s marketplace and fund it with an eligible CommBank home energy loan, you may receive a Prezzee Smart eGift Card from Brighte.
This offer is provided by Brighte Capital Pty Limited (ABN 74 609 165 906).
The offer starts on 1 September 2026 and will remain available until Brighte closes or withdraws it.
The gift card is offered by Brighte, not CommBank. Any loan is subject to CommBank’s approval, eligibility criteria and loan terms.
Who can receive a gift card?
You are eligible for one gift card per property if you:
- apply for an eligible CommBank home energy loan through Brighte’s marketplace while the offer is available;
- purchase a home energy upgrade package from a Brighte marketplace vendor;
- fund the purchase using an eligible CommBank Unsecured Fixed or Variable Rate Personal Loan with an energy-efficient discount, and the loan is funded; and
- complete both the post-approval survey and post-installation survey sent by Brighte.
Your survey responses can be positive, negative or neutral.
If your purchase or loan is cancelled or reversed before the gift card is issued, you will no longer be eligible.
If there is more than one borrower on the loan, only one gift card will be issued.
Gift card value
The value of your gift card depends on the funded loan amount:
- Less than $10,000: $250
- $10,000 to less than $20,000: $750
- $20,000 or more: $1,000
When will I receive it?
Brighte will email your gift card within 14 days after:
- your eligible loan has been funded; and
- you have completed both required surveys.
The gift card will be sent to the email address Brighte has on file. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive it.
Gift card terms
The reward will be a Prezzee Smart eGift Card.
The card can be exchanged for participating retailer eGift cards. It is valid for three years from the date of issue and remains subject to Prezzee’s terms and the terms of the retailer gift card you choose.
Changes to the offer
Brighte may change or withdraw this offer at any time by updating these terms.
However, if you applied for an eligible loan while the offer was available and later meet all eligibility requirements, any changes or withdrawal will not affect your entitlement to a gift card.
If the advertised gift card is unavailable, Brighte may provide an alternative gift card of equal value.
Privacy
Brighte will use your personal information and survey responses to administer this offer.
To deliver your gift card, Brighte may provide your name and email address to Prezzee.
Brighte handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
